Colon Cleanse vs. Master Cleanse
I’ve been thinking about doing a detox and had been having a tough time deciding which technique I need to go with. There are so a lot of choices out there that it may be confusing. Of course, everyone thinks their system could be the “One True Way.”
The two most well-known ways to cleanse appear to be either following some type of fast or to utilize a colon cleanser kit. With fasting the biggies are juice and water only fasting. Juice fasting sounds a whole lot more attractive than a straight water only fast. And from what I could gather the final results are ultimately similar. I imagine water-only is quicker but that must get old fast (pun intended.)
Going with a colon cleanse at the least you get to eat real food, though some suggest some kind of juice quick in conjunction with using their kit. The down side is you’ve got to take multiple concoctions and pills for a few weeks. Not very good if you’ve a tendency to forget such things.
