The Best Form of Defence? Attack!

As the owner of a successful mobile locksmiths business its becoming more and more apparent we’re in the age of discounts, for this, discounts for that – no call out charge here, cash deals there – how do you survive as a business?

The best form of defence? Attack! So I decided that instead of wondering how to avoid giving discounts to the OAP’s – the Students – the single parents, or the no call out charge when you’ve attended a lock out at 3.00am in the morning and the drunkard has found their keys in their pocket – and claims you stated no call out charge as they lock the door behind them! I adopted a new policy – do exactly what it says on the tin!

Frantic Locks has bitten the bullet – and if we state no call out charge – regardless of what time of day or the circumstances in which the locksmith has attended – you will not be charged a call out!

If you’re an old aged pensioner, or a student that locks yourself out or needs to upgrade your security – ask for the discount and you’ll get it.

The philosophy behind this? There is plenty of work out there – it’s not about the smaller picture – it’s about the bigger picture. And the only thing we ask in return? Pass on our number, and praise our workmanship to the people you know. Obviously providing you’re happy with it.

We are local Bolton Locksmiths and we want the local Bolton people to be happy with their local trades people!
